1/2 c. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 14 oz. pkg. coconut 1 can Eagle Brand milk 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips Melt butter. Add cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix coconut and milk; spread on crust and bake 10 minutes. Then pour chocolate chips over top and spread as they melt. Chill to set the chocolate, then remove and let soften, then cut in bars. |
