COCONUT MOUND BARS 
2 lbs. XXX sugar
1 (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 (4 oz.) flaked coconut
1 stick butter
2 (6 oz.) German chocolate
1 block paraffin

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, salt and coconut. Add melted butter. Mix well. Shape into small bars. Insert toothpick. Chill 30 minutes. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip and cool on wax paper.
