FAUX VEAL WITH LEMON 
2 pkgs. turkey cutlets
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. white wine
Juice from 1 lemon
4 tbsp. butter
Flour
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg. egg noodles

Pound turkey cutlets and dredge through flour, salt and pepper. Fry cutlets in oil until just golden. Put into a casserole dish. In frying pan add 4 tablespoons butter, white wine, chicken broth and lemon juice. Simmer in frying pan for 3 minutes then add into casserole. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and serve over egg noodles.
