EVER READY FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/3 c. boiling water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits & juice
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail & juice
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 bananas, cut up

Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Add salt, mix with pineapple, fruit cocktail and cherries and allow to jell in refrigerator until thickened but not firm. Then fold in the 1 pint of whipping cream, whipped stiff.

Add the cut up bananas. Line muffin pans with paper liners. Spoon salad mixture into paper cups very nearly to top of liner. Freeze.

To store frozen salads, remove from tins and place cups of salad in plastic food storage bags (6 to 8 to a bag as suits family needs). Salad keeps for weeks in freeze.

To Serve: Remove from freezer about 20 to 30 minutes before needed. Remove salad from paper cups and place on lettuce leaf. Dressing is optional. Makes about 24.
