CHOCOLATE SANDWICH DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 sqs. melted chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
12 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 gal. softened ice cream (vanilla)

Place 1/2 of crushed graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cream butter, sugar and add well beaten eggs. Add melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Spoon half of the mixture over graham crackers. Spread 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream over chocolate, finishing with chocolate mixture and the other 1/2 of graham crackers. Freeze and cut into squares.
