FIESTA CORN BREAD | |
1 box (15 oz.) corn bread mix 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 c. milk 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies 1 jar (2 g.) diced pimentos, drained 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
