DEVILED NUTS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Spread pecans in an ungreased roasting pan or 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine butter and remaining 5 ingredients; pour over pecans, stirring well.

Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes, stirring twice. Drain on paper towels; cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Yield: 4 1/2 cups.
