DILLED SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled & cubed
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 med. onion, grated
1 tbsp. dried dill weed
Salt & pepper to taste

Put potatoes in bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients. Gently coat potatoes with dressing. Refrigerate overnight.
