DILLY BEANS 
Fresh green beans
Garlic
Dill
Chili pepper
Vinegar
Salt
Water
Pint jars

Wash beans and remove ends, steam 3-4 minutes. Pack in sterilized jars. To each pint add 1 garlic clove, 1 head dill, 1 chili pepper.

Bring to boil 2 cups vinegar, 2 cups water, 1/4 cup salt. Pour over beans and seal jars. Maybe 4 pints.
