DILLY BEANS 
2 lb. fresh green beans
Red pepper
Garlic cloves
Dill
2 c. water
2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. salt

Pack beans in clean pint jars. Add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper. (I recommend 1/4 teaspoon unless you like them real hot.)

Combine 1 clove garlic and 1 head dill for each jar. Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over beans and seal. Allow to set 6 weeks. Chill before serving.
