DILLY BEANS 
2 lbs. green beans (fresh)
1 red pepper, wash and cut in strips
4 cloves garlic
4 heads dill
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. salt

Bring the brine to a boil.

Wash and pat the beans dry. Cut to fit the jars and cover with brine and seal. Cook 7-10 minutes in hot water bath.
