DILLY BEANS 
Green beans
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1 clove garlic
Dill, fresh (a few sprigs)
6 c. water
3/4 c. salt
3 pt. vinegar

Prepare green beans. Snip off stems. Pack beans in pint jars. To each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, garlic and dill. Boil water, salt and vinegar. Pour over beans. Process 5 minutes in boiling water.
