DILLY BEANS 
Green beans
Cayenne pepper
Garlic clove
Heads of dill

Pack beans in jars. Add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. (May use 1 teaspoon, if desired.) Add 1 garlic clove and 2 heads of dill to each jar. Heat 2 1/2 cups water, 2 1/2 cups vinegar and 1/2 cup salt. Pour over beans and process for 10 minutes.
