HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Melt butter and add beaten eggs, sugar, cocoa, flour and vanilla. Mix thoroughly, add nuts and mix. Bake in a greased 9 x 14 inch pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Do not over bake. Put marshmallows on top of cake and return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar, sifted
1 stick butter
8 tbsp. evaporated milk

Mix thoroughly and pour over cake. Recipe freezes well.
