20 Oreo cookies, crumbled
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix and pat in bottom of large oblong pan. Slice up 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and place over crumbs. Freeze.

1/2 cube butter
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

Cook together 4 minutes. Cool and pour over ice cream. Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Refreeze. Set out 30 minutes before serving.
