STUFFED CABBAGE ROLL | |
8 cabbage leaves 1 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. onion, minced 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of tomato soup Drop cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Shape into 8 oblong rolls and wrap in leaves. Fasten with a toothpick and place in baking dish. Pour soup over top and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
