CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
10 potatoes
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Peel the potatoes, boil them and mash them. Add 2 packages cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and garlic powder. Blend well with electric mixer. Spread shredded cheddar cheese over top.

Use a Pyrex bowl to bake them in. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
