RANGER COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. fortified wheat flake cereal
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until mixed. Drop dough by rounding teaspoonfuls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Remove immediately from sheet.
