POTATO PIZZA 
2 lb. ground beef
5 c. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. fluid milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet; drain the fat. Place the browned ground beef on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Layer the potatoes over the beef. Mix the soup and milk together in a small bowl; pour over the potatoes and beef. Cover the pan with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover the pan, sprinkle with cheeses; bake an additional 10 minutes. Divide into 16 portions.
