SPICY COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. salad oil
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

SPICY TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine salad oil, eggs and milk. Sift together dry ingredients; add to milk mixture, mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Sprinkle with spicy topping. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes. NOTE: Put 1/2 batter in pan and 1/2 topping; then repeat.
