CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream corn
2 pkg. Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese, sliced
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Roll crackers until fine. Place a portion of this in a greased baking dish, enough to cover the bottom of the dish. Next add 1 can of corn, salt, pepper and slices of cheese. Repeat layers ending with crackers. Pour milk and dab butter over mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
