CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. cooked celery
1 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers or corn flakes
1/2 c. butter

Combine all ingredients except last 2 and mix well. Mix together crumbs and melted butter. Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
