STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread (not crust), cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

Place 1/2 cubed bread into 13 x 13 inch dish. Put cubed cream cheese on top of the bread, then place rest of bread on top of the cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and syrup together with fork. Pour egg mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight or may be baked after short time. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Skim milk, lite cream cheese, or lite syrup may be used to reduced calories. May be served with syrup or fresh fruit.
