ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 lb. med. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. cooked ground beef
1 can diced chili peppers
1 can sliced black olives

In a medium bowl, combine enchilada sauce, olives and peppers. Pour a little sauce on bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Line with 6 tortillas. Layer with cheese, hamburger, sauce, remaining tortillas. Top with sauce and cheese. Garnish with olives. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until bubbling at 350 degrees.
