LEMON ROLL 
1 yellow cake roll
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, cornstarch and mix well. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 1/2 minute longer without stirring. Remove from heat. Add butter and lemon peel. Let cool at room temperature until set, 1 to 2 hours. Prepare yellow cake roll, rolling from short end. Spread filling on cake roll and re-roll. Chill.
