BAKED RICE CUSTARD 
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm milk
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Place first 3 ingredients in a medium baking dish. Stir together. Slowly stir in warm milk until well mixed. Stir in rice, raisins and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
