ITALIAN STYLE BRAZZOLI 
2 1/2 lb. cubed round steak
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 leaf basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. raisins (optional)

Place all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in crock pot. Allow to simmer most of the day; add Parmesan to top of mixture just before serving. Serve over spaghetti or rice. Serves 4-6.
