HONEY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS
3 lbs. chicken (pieces you prefer, I use boneless breasts)
4 tbsp. butter, butter or vegetable oil
1/4 c. mustard (I use Dijon)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. honey

Wash and dry chicken. Remove skin. Melt the butter, butter or vegetable oil in a shallow baking pan. Add remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in this mixture then arrange in a single layer in same pan. Bake at 375 degrees, basting occasionally for 40 minutes (30 minutes if using boneless breasts). Serve with rice if desired. This tastes great cold also for picnics.

My two teenage girls would claim to whoever asked, that they didn't like curry or mustard. They actually asked permission to lick their plate. They ate their rutabaga with the honey sauce. It's a winner!

Absolutely Delicious.
We had it for dinner (the house smelled excellent). It was quick and easy.
The next day we ate the leftovers cold and it was just as good.

I made this and cut the chicken breast into strips before putting them into the glaze mixture......I baked it about 50 minutes in a glass 9 x 13 pan and it came out AMAZING =) The honey glaze made the chicken turn a beautiful golden color!!! YUMMY
