1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cheese. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together. Add cheese and butter slowly, stir well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. Chill and cut.
