VELVEETA FUDGE 
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Nuts (opt.)

Melt together 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter with 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese. Add vanilla. Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Pour melted cheese mixture over sugar mixture. Stir until well blended. Add nuts if desired. Spread in lightly greased 9"x13" pan. Chill. Cut in squares. Keep in refrigerator.
