MEXICAN FUDGE 
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. Jiminez green sauce
3 eggs

Spray Pam in bottom of 13"x9" pan. Grate 1/2 pound of cheese in bottom of pan. Beat 3 eggs and add 4 ounces of green sauce to it. Pour over cheese in pan. Grate the remaining 1/2 pound of cheese over this. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, cut and serve. This is a very good hors d'oeuvre.
