CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts, cooled and cut in cubes 1 bag tortilla chips 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. onion, chopped 2 sm. cans green chili peppers 1 lb. sharp grated cheddar cheese Put layer of chips on bottom of little larger than 9 x 13 pan. Butter glass dish. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, onions and chili peppers and put layer on top of chips. Put cheddar on top of that mixture then put another layer of taco chips and cheese once again. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
