MEXICAN STEAK 
1 1/4 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) taco sauce

Trim fat from steak. Brown steak in butter. Place in casserole dish. Top with chilies and taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered 5 more minutes.
