PINEAPPLE CUPCAKES 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (No. 2) can applesauce - apple pie filling; peach pie - fruit cocktail
1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
4 lg. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1 1/3 c. corn oil
1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat well and add to above ingredients and blend well. coop into cupcake cups with ice cream scoop and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done prick with fork and brush with following topping.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Heat to boiling and remove from fire.
