APPLE BRANDY CAKE 
Cream:

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil

Add 2 cups flour sifted together with:

1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Add alternately with:

1/3 c. Christian Bros. brandy
1 tsp. vanilla

Fold in 2 cups thinly sliced tart apples (like Granny Smith) and 1 cup chopped walnuts.

Bake 1 hour in well greased and floured pan at 325 degrees. This might take a little longer to bake.
