FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. cream
4 eggs
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 1/2-5 c. flour

Cream sugar and butter. Add cream and eggs. Add dry ingredients; chill before rolling out. Roll out; place on pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees until golden.

TOPPING:

Mix 8 ounces cream cheese and 11 ounce container of whipped topping together and spread over cooled crust. Place fresh fruit of your desire on top of cheese spread and then top with coconut.
