RICE & GREEN CHILIS 
Minute rice for 4 cooked plus 1 tbsp. butter
2 sm. cartons sour cream
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, chopped
1 c. chopped green chilis

1. Cook rice according to directions on box and butter.

2. Stir in sour cream.

3. Stir in all other ingredients.

4. Dump in buttered casserole.

5. Dot top with butter. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir then bake 10 minutes more.
