TOMATO-BASE MARINADE 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. basil or oregano
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Garlic powder, pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and use with beef, lamb or chicken. NOTE: The basil is traditional in flavor while the oregano is Italian.
