CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1 c. granulated sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg.cream cheese (leave out for 1 hour before making cake)
1 pt. sour cream

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine ingredients for crust. Press to bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

For filling, beat eggs and add vanilla and butter. Beat well, add sugar, beat again. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add sour cream and beat well again. Pour batter into pan, and bake about 75 minutes. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate. Tastes best when made one day ahead.
