JALAPENO CHEESE BALL 
5 old El Paso jalapeno peppers
1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion, quartered
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
Tortilla chips

Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Combine peppers, cheese, onion and garlic. Grate finely with food processor, food grater or grinder. Mix in mayonnaise, chill until firm; form into ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with nachips.
