PEAS CONTINENTAL 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced mushroom
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 speck pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
2 tbsp. sherry
2 c. cooked peas

Heat butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms and onions about 5 minutes; or until tender. Add salt and pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, sherry then peas.
