PIZZA SAUCE 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can water
Salt and pepper

Cook onions and garlic in oil until transparent. Add everything else and cook until thick. Makes enough for 2 large pizzas. Bake in 425 degree oven about 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

PIZZA CRUST:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar, flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast and add sugar; add flour until dough is like biscuit dough. Knead on floured surface until dough is springy. Pace in greased bowl and turn once to grease dough. Let raise until double, about 45 minutes. Crust is ready for pizza. Double this recipe to make pizza the size of a cookie sheet.
