ITALIAN SAUSAGE 
10 lbs. sausage
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. fennel seed
4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage

Mix well. Make into loaves and let set overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with crackers and cheese slices.
