JENNIFER'S SWEET POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter

TOPPING:

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine first 6 ingredients. Blend until smooth; pour into 2 quart shallow casserole dish. Combine topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
