5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. light cream or half and half, scalded
3 egg yolks or 2 tbsp. Egg Beaters
3 tbsp. brandy

Combine all in blender, on high, for 2-3 minutes until very smooth. Pour into dessert dishes, tarts, or graham cracker pie crust. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with whipped cream. Serves 4.
