1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
48 mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Cream butters, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Press into 1 1/2 inch muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press peanut butter cups into center of hot cookie crust. (1 1/2 inch muffin tins are the mini muffin tins.)
