1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 sm. box peanut butter cups
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together first five ingredients. Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls - put into mini muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. Place mini peanut butter cup on top of the cookies and press down until only top of candy is showing. Cool 10 minutes and remove from muffin tin. Makes 40 cookies.
