AUNT PATTIE'S ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 stick of butter
1 (12 oz.) stuffing
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion
1 c. Parmesan cheese
4 c. sliced zucchini

Melt stick of butter in a 8 x 12 inch casserole dish, add 8 ounces of stuffing; mix together. Boil 4 cups sliced zucchini until tender; put on top of stuffing mixture. Mix together sour cream, soup, onion and cheese, put mixture on top of zucchini. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
