CITRUS SCALLOPS | |
1/2 lb. bay scallops or sea scallops, cut into 1 inch pieces 1/8 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. each chopped chives, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice and whipped butter, melted Preheat broiler. In 1 quart flame-proof shallow casserole combine all ingredients. Broil until scallops are golden brown, about 3 minutes. (Optional - Sprinkle flavored bread crumbs over casserole just before broiling.) |
