SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Pieces of squash to make 1 qt. casserole
2 tbsp. onions
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 saltine crackers
1 egg
Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook enough squash and 2 tablespoons onions for 1 quart casserole. Drain. Add 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper to taste. Four saltine crackers blended into a meal and one egg. Mix and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
